" Taonga is the Māori word for treasure or something that is treasurable. "
*This skirt accidentally turned out with the slit on the wrong side, but still looks stunning!
If this skirt does not inspire you for a gorgeous festival outfit, it might inspire you for a dance in Hawaii.. because oh man we fell in love with this design and probably danced around in it for a few seconds before these product pictures were taken.
The fabric on this maxi skirt is pleated, that is the folded look that you see. This creates fullness while it cinches your waist and so, accentuates your beautiful curves.
The belt has a lot of stretch and includes a chord to tighten it the way you wish. This way you can wear it high in the waist or low on the hips.
This design has one slit, but we have a 'Taonga' skirt with a double slit too! You can find it here.
Last but not least: this piece is like all our other pieces too, made from recycled fabrics, that means that there is only one of each. Every single one is truly unique! <3
Length from waist to ankle: 104cm.
INT: XXS to M - if you don't mind a snug fit around the waist.
* the model in the picture is 1.70 cm
